	Lake Heron Station Experience High Country hospitality at Lake Heron Station; surrounded by glaciated mountains, tussock-covered hills, beech clad valleys and scenic Lake Heron. Anne and Phillip can create a very special range of activities and experiences for their guest, from guided hiking to heliski trips. Accommodation is in a lovingly restored cottage, retaining much of the original character to provide boutique accommodation. Enjoy the lake by heading out on our rowboat equipped with life jackets, go swimming or fishing, or take the station 4WD tracks and explore remote parts of the property, and visit historic station huts. 	Salmon World Salmon Tales, in Rakaia are currently developing a new tourist activity to complement its existing café, bar. Salmon World. The unique building, shaped like a Salmon new features include the Salmon World Aquarium, the Salmon World 4D Ride, and Rakaia Country Arts.	Opening April 2010
	Methven Heritage Centre The Methven community are currently carrying out a $4 million redevelopment and extension of the Mt Hutt Memorial Hall which will incorporate: New Zealand Snow Centre, New Zealand Agriculture Education Centre, Methven i-SITE Visitor Centre, Methven Hall of Memories, Art Gallery & Café, Audio-visual Theatre, and the improvement Mt Hutt Memorial Hall & function room facilities, and will be completed by May 2010. 	Pinedale Apartments Pinedale Backpacker Lodge are now offering a totally private and self contained apartment, which sleeps up to 3.  Airport transfers and mountain transport in their new van can also be arranged.	Opened January 2010

	Wilderness Adventures Wilderness Adventure Tours – has added “Cow meets Robot” tour to its range. This takes you to a robotic milking shed where you experience cows being milked entirely by machines, a traditional kiwi morning tea and a scenic drive.	Opened June 2009
